Tim Mitchell - guest chef
Tim Mitchell is adding some spice to CCC through in inventive, delicious meals. Usually twice a month, Chef Tim prepares a delectable dinner for Country Club members to enjoy. His seafood and poultry dishes are outstanding, but as the 1998 Grand Champion of Memphis in May, his barbeque is to die for. Recently, Chef Tim roasted an entire pig for the Pig Pullin and Pool Party, and it was a huge hit. Currently, Tim has his unique Voodoo barbeque sauce as well as rib rub, steak and chip rub, and magic powder on sale at Sulm's in Canton, Jimmy's Meat Market in Ridgeland, and Bobcat's Seafood on Old Fannin Road. Tim has been married for 14 years and is expecting his first child in August.
